We are developing three Living Labs to help NHS patients and practitioners, with more labs planned. Working directly with staff on the ground we take a holistic ‘bottom-up’ approach to innovation – the opposite of traditional ‘top-down’ implementations elsewhere in the NHS. We believe technologically driven change only works when all of the components and processes work together, putting frontline staff first.
