Why this matters
Primary care is the foundation of the NHS, providing the most care encounters across the UK’s health service. Despite operating at high levels of productivity, primary care and ageing estates investment hasn’t kept pace — these environments are in desperate need of transformation.
The Living Lab at Sedbergh Medical Practice highlights the clear impact of digital transformation on primary care settings, the data we need to collect, and how to scale a nationwide blueprint that supports neighbourhood frameworks and the Greener NHS agenda.
